云南边境地区毒品犯罪特点及对策

当前,云南边境地区毒品犯罪呈现出武装贩毒明显、特殊人群贩毒突出、境内外相互勾结、缅甸籍人员贩毒突出等特点.这源于人们对毒品犯罪的危害认识不足、宣传教育力度不够、受毒品高额利润驱动等原因.要提高打击毒品犯罪实效,必须采取加强综合冶理、完善法律制度、加强区域合作、加强情报调研工作、加大专项打击力度等措施.     

汽车火灾防治措施研究

根据近年来汽车火灾数据的统计结果,分析了我国汽车火灾的发展趋势、汽车火灾的扑救难点、汽车火灾原因及起火部位,提出了汽车火灾被动防护和主动防护的防治措施。     

现代社会城市灾害的表现形式及其原因分析

工业社会的城市灾害突出的表现为各式各样的环境公害,城市环境恶化日益引起人们的普遍关注。城市是一个国家和地区政治、经济、文化的中心,又是人口、财富、信息的聚散地,正是现代化城市的这种特征造成了一旦发生灾害就会导致灾难。城市灾害的防治和减灾事关一个城市的存亡。传统的城市灾害的特点表现为人员伤亡惨重、经济损失巨大、社会影响广泛等。进入21世纪,随着城市化进程的加快,城市灾害表现出了许多新的形式。例证了几种城市灾害,并分析了导致这些城市灾害的各种原因,寻求解决城市灾害的有效途径。     

计算机公共课程“体验”式教学初探

为进一步提高计算机公共课课程教学质量,本文从体验的内涵与高校教育的关系出发,从课堂教学和实验教学等方面探讨了体验式教学模式,力图为教学改革和创新提供新思路。     

Single machine just‐in‐time scheduling problems with two competing agents

In scheduling problems with two competing agents, each one of the agents has his own set of jobs to be processed and his own objective function, and both share a common processor. In the single‐machine problem studied in this article, the goal is to find a joint schedule that minimizes the total deviation of the job completion times of the first agent from a common due‐date, subject to an upper bound on the maximum deviation of job completion times of the second agent. The problem is shown to be NP‐hard even for a nonrestrictive due‐date, and a pseudopolynomial dynamic program is introduced and tested numerically. For the case of a restrictive due‐date (a sufficiently small due‐date that may restrict the number of early jobs), a faster pseudopolynomial dynamic program is presented. We also study the multiagent case, which is proved to be strongly NP‐hard. A simple heuristic for this case is introduced, which is tested numerically against a lower bound, obtained by extending the dynamic programming algorithm. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The “motivated bias” dilemma in warfare and intelligence

The goal of this article is to challenge the assumption of rationality in the behavior of decision-making units involved in security, defense, intelligence and warfare and to consider the influence of “motivated bias” in such instances. A review of motivational literature within international politics and a discussion of literature applying “motivated biases” to warfare and strategic surprise will offer an alternative view of the primacy of rationality in such decisions.     

相依网络研究综述

网络相依性和相依网络研究已经成为近年来复杂网络领域的热点,但是目前对相关研究进展进行综合归纳的文献却不多见。在对国内外相关文献进行系统分析的基础上,简要介绍相依网络研究涉及的渗流理论;描述该类型网络的级联失效过程;从相依网络的子网络特性、相依边的方向和类型、子网络组合方式等三个角度对相依网络鲁棒性的研究成果进行总结;并从理论和应用两方面对未来相依网络研究的发展方向进行展望。

当前火灾自动报警系统运行中存在问题及对策

结合多年工作实践,对火灾自动报警系统设计、施工与运行中存在的诸多问题进行了探讨,分析了存在问题的原因,并从设计、产品选用、施工管理、消防验收、日常管理、提高认识程度、加强监督检查几个方面提出了相应的解决办法和建议。

分析计算了镶嵌式径向滑动轴承中油膜的压力分布、承载量、摩擦系数和流量,得出镶嵌式径向滑动轴承具有不同于普通径向滑动轴承的静特性.
